Napa to Calistoga Training Ride : My first Seismic Challenge training ride and my first ride from Napa to Calistoga. This ride was great. Not only is it in my back yard (for the first time I got to sleep in while everyone woke up at the butt crack of dawn) but it was mostly flat, with some small climbs, some head winds, some tail winds but mostly I got to ride with a great bunch of people.
